YOUR TASKS:

- Fixed salary of ₠2080 / month gross
- Language bonus of ₠200 / month
- performance bonus of up to?₠200 / month

- Fluency in Finish and English
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)?
- An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
- Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
- A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
- Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
You pack your boxes and we pack... your moving package!
- In the first 3 months we will pay you an arrival bonus of 500,00₠ to support the start in your new hometown.
- We know that moving homes is quite expensive. Therefore, we will pay you 730,00₠ toward relocation expenses. If you move with a company and you can give us the invoice, we can pay up to 1.500₠."
